The soup on a Sunday morning after a long night, was perfection. We had the caldo De Res and 7 Mares. Staff is friendly and inviting and plenty of parking. It is my go from now on.
Do yourself a favor and order their Pastor and Asada tacos with Cilantro and onion, and ask for some fresh lime wedges on the side. AMAZING flavor, cooked to order in a great family friendly atmosphere. We also tried the chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. Yummy. I would shy away from tamales, because they were dry. We will definitely come back here.
I usually order from here now once or twice a month. Excellent food!!! I had reviewed a nearby Mexican restaurant before here on Yelp. and I must say that I would rather go here to El Taco Sabroso. The place is very small...in fact, it's quite nondescript. But, the food is great. I have had a few of the dinners, the tacos, the tamales, and that AWESOME horchata!!! The food is always good and fresh. Best tacos I have ever eaten. In fact think of their food this way...you know how most families have that one auntie that makes you look forward to going to her house because of how well she can cook? That's how I think of this place. I would suggest calling ahead though...I have waited 20 minutes for my food before just walking in; but it was worth it. Food is great, people are nice...can you dig it!! Peace and love!

2/5/24 First of all, let me tell you that this was my first time here. I walked in and placed my order. Customer service is very pleasant and this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The food was made fresh when I walked in and the green salsa is good. Steak tacos, tacos de lengua and steak torta are very delicious. I asked for an order of guacamole but there were more ingredients in there than the guac it self. I can do without, next time. The order of rice has flavor, hot and delicious. The bagged carrots are delicious as well. This little hidden gem is absolutely perfect for me and my family! Watch out El Taco Sabroso #2 because we are used to placing huge orders. We don't play about our food especially when we find an amazing establishment who goes above and beyond with fresh, delicious food. Will definitely be back, again & again!!! Alejandra T.
